1. Acceptance of Terms & Strictly Personal Fair Use
By accessing or utilizing SnapPlus (the "Service"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SnapPlus is designed, built, and offered strictly and exclusively for personal, educational, archival, and non-commercial fair use. You may only extract or remix media content that you personally own or have secured explicit legal permission from the copyright owner to download.
2. Zero-Content Hosting & Intermediary Technical Function
SnapPlus is an intermediary transcoding tool and does NOT host, archive, index, store, or duplicate any third-party videos, reels, or audio tracks on its servers. All extraction and streaming is executed on-the-fly and transiently streamed directly to the client browser. Temporary cached rendering artifacts are routinely purged and discarded.
3. Intellectual Property & Creator Rights
All trademarks, logos, copyrights, video content, and audio tracks remain the exclusive, inalienable property of their respective creators, publishers, and platforms. Users are strictly prohibited from using SnapPlus to infringe upon intellectual property rights, pirate media, or commercially exploit third-party material without prior authorization.
4. Total Developer & Operator Indemnification
You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapPlus, EasyPlus Software, its lead developers, operators, contributors, infrastructure providers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, legal actions, damages, liabilities, fines, costs, or legal defense expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
5. Third-Party Trademarks & Disclaimer of Affiliation
TikTok™ (ByteDance Ltd.), Facebook™ & Instagram™ (Meta Platforms, Inc.), YouTube™ (Google LLC / Alphabet Inc.), and CapCut™ (Bytedance Pte. Ltd.) are registered trademarks of their respective corporate owners. SnapPlus is completely independent and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with these companies.
6. DMCA & Notice-and-Takedown Compliance
SnapPlus complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international safe harbor frameworks. If you are a copyright owner and wish to request blocklisting of specific content URLs, please submit your notice to legal@easyplus.app including ownership verification and the exact URL string.
